Pool Service in Phoenix, AZ

Weekly care, repairs, and cleanups from one local crew, in partnership with Nevergreen Pools.

Beyond Pool Cleaning keeps residential pools in Phoenix clean, balanced, and running, with weekly service, equipment repair, filter cleaning, and recovery for pools that have turned green. One crew handles all of it, so the people testing your water are the same people who know your equipment.

Call us if the water looks dull or cloudy a day after you added chlorine, if a white crust keeps creeping up the tile, if the pump is louder than it used to be, if the skimmer basket fills with palo verde litter faster than you can empty it, if the filter pressure climbs a few days after a cleaning, if a dust storm left a layer of silt on the floor, or if the pool has started to turn green and you are not sure how far it has gone.

We work in partnership with Nevergreen Pools and hold Arizona ROC license 365989, with our shop on East Gray Road in Scottsdale. To get on the schedule, send the form on this page and a team member will call you back.

What Regular Care Looks Like

Every visit starts with the water. The technician tests chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, and calcium, then adjusts based on the numbers rather than habit. After that the pool gets skimmed, brushed, and vacuumed, the baskets get emptied, and the equipment gets a look for leaks, noise, or pressure that has drifted from where it should be.

When something on the pad is failing, you hear about it the day it is found, with a written quote before any repair starts. We tell you whether a fix is worth the money or whether the part has reached the point where replacing it costs less over the next few summers. Repairs are handled by the same team that services the pool, so nobody starts from zero.

Local water and weather drive most of the work. City water here is high in calcium and dissolved solids, which leaves scale on tile, inside heaters, and on salt cells. Summer highs from June through September often reach 105 to 115 degrees, and chlorine breaks down within hours without enough stabilizer. Monsoon storms between July and September drop fine dirt into pools overnight and then dilute the chemistry with heavy rain. Pool ages vary widely, from plaster pools built in the 1960s through 1980s to newer pebble finishes in the northern neighborhoods, and each needs a slightly different routine.

Services available across the area include:

  • Weekly pool service with water testing and balancing
  • Equipment repair and replacement on the pad
  • Cartridge, DE, and sand filter cleaning
  • Green pool cleanup and recovery
  • Vacation rental and seasonal home pool care

New customers start with a walkthrough of the pool and equipment so the technician can note the finish, the filter type, the age of the pump, and anything that already needs attention. That first look sets the plan for the weekly visits and gives you an honest picture of where the pool stands before you commit to anything.

A Pool You Do Not Have to Think About

When a pool is on a steady schedule, the water stays clear through the hottest weeks, the chemistry holds between visits, and small problems get caught before they cost real money. You open the back door and the pool is ready, whether you are home all week or traveling for a month.

Letting it slide gets expensive faster here than in most places. A pool that loses its chlorine in July can go from clear to green in a couple of days. Scale left on tile hardens into a ring that takes far more work to remove. A pump straining against a dirty filter runs hotter and wears out sooner, and an algae bloom left for a week usually means a full cleanup instead of a quick shock.

Service does not stop when the weather cools. Pools here get used for most of the year, and even in winter the water still needs testing, the baskets still collect leaves and pods, and the pump still needs a run schedule that matches the season. Keeping the same visit day year round means the pool is in good shape when the first warm weekend arrives, instead of needing a cleanup to start the season.

Our technicians document each visit, so you know what was tested, what was added, and anything that needs attention. If something changes between visits, we reach out rather than waiting for you to notice it yourself.
